Studio Redhead is run and owned by Judi Chaplin. Having worked in the creative arts for 30 years as an actor, writer, and director. Having graduation from National Institute of Dramatic Arts she worked extensively on many well loved Australian TV shows such as, Rush, Kath and Kim, Dr Blake, Oliver newton John Story, Secret Life of Us, Tangle, Offspring, Neighbours and Home and Away among others. With her industry experience in the arts and corporate field, Judi also teachers regularly at VCA and other drama schools.
Arts programs foster metal growth and self expression. Wellness in the individual and on a community level is a result of self and group expression. Groups that come together and participate in drama workshops will use the lesson for life building skills in the future.

The skills used in a drama class are transferable to real life. Working fosters, time management, public speaking, problem solving, rote memorising, multi tasking. Even learning a breathing exercise you can de-stress before a high pressure situation or any challenging life event.
